Terms of Service & Educational Use Agreement

1. Scope of Service & Coaching Nature

PXR Blueprint (pxrcoach.com) provides interactive business planning calculators, goal-setting workbooks, weekly schedule builders, and educational resources for real estate professionals. All models, projections, and economic calculations are provided strictly for educational and business-planning purposes and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or brokerage compliance advice.

2. Account Check-In & Saved Blueprints

You may access your interactive Blueprint using Google Sign-In or direct email check-in. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the contact information associated with your Workshop Pass so that your saved 1-3-5 Plan, Economic Model, and printable PDF workbooks remain accessible across sessions.

3. Intellectual Property & Software Ownership

All original software code, interactive floorplan interfaces, custom calculators, visual layouts, and instructional compilations on this platform are protected by copyright (© 2026 Seth Mills. All rights reserved.). You may print, download, and share your personal generated Blueprint PDFs for your own real estate business, coaching sessions, and accountability reviews, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the underlying software application.

4. No Guarantee of Specific Earnings

Real estate commission income depends on market conditions, individual execution, licensing status, and brokerage terms. Sample benchmarks (such as a $100,000 Annual Net Income target or 16 closed transactions) are illustrative planning examples.

5. Third-Party Trademarks, Published Works & Educational Citations

This platform provides interactive business-planning calculators, commentary, and study guides designed to complement established real estate industry literature and training curricula. References to third-party books, authors, models, or brands—including The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The ONE Thing, and SHIFT (published by Rellek Publishing Partners / KellerINK), Keller Williams®, Keller Williams University®, and the fifty (50) business and real estate titles cataloged in the Growth Plan reading library—are made strictly for educational, instructional, and nominative fair-use reference purposes. All third-party trademarks, service marks, book titles, and copyrighted curricula remain the property of their respective authors, publishers, and trademark holders.
